Great service and fantastic location. Only one shower for the whole place, but people were generally respectful and didn't linger long. Would recommend and stay again!

Good stay in central Zagreb

A very central location, just a few meters from one of the central squares and right next to shops, restaurants and facilities. Fortunately, the windows are proper sound proof. My room was quite basic, but everything worked just fine and most importantly: everything was clean. The venue has 5 rooms that share one kitchen, 2 toilets and one shower. Fortunately, everything was properly cleaned daily, which felt quite reassuring. Staff is friendly and professional. Gia, the manager, sent instructions well ahead of my arrival and assured everything went according to plan. The only points of constructive feedback would be that there's little isolation between the rooms. I'd also would have loved to have a small washing basin in the room. Apart from that, I'm very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay again!

Stay for one night

I arrived at night to the location. I rang the bell, no answer. Some people came and i got in. Again, on the second floor, you had to ring another bell, nobody answered. I called them on whatsapp and apparently there was a problem with the reservation. They made me walk 10-13 minutes at night with my luggage to their other location. The guy was nice and he even gave me a magnet for free for the trouble and they let me stay in the living room until 8pm the following day as my train left late.

The staff for this property were lovely and funny too. They catered to everything you asked of them. The City of Zagreb was amazing and the location of this property was really good also. The only things that were slightly bad with this property was that between I think 8 people we have 1 shower and 2 toilets which were basically always full so it was difficult to get ready if you had a day trip. Another think that was difficult was that in either of the bathrooms there was no sanitary bin for woman which was annoying and not very hygienic because it would have to be out in the bedroom bin and carries from the toilet.

Realmente malo, ducha y baños compartidos en mal estado y la cama no venía con mucho abrigo para el frío. Me gustó el sistema de checkin donde con un codigo podíamos entrar. Pero en la habitación hemos pasado mucho frío por la noche, te quitan el mando del aire acondicionado para que no puedas poner la calefacción, el radiador no funcionaba y la ducha parecía que tenía un temporizador ya que no corría bien el agua y si te pasabas más de 1 min con el agua abierta se encharcaba todo… una experiencia realmente mala, diría que ha sido de los peores sitios en los que hemos estado a este precio…

Muy poco profesionales. Teníamos reserva para el viernes y cuando llegamos había alquilado nuestra habiatación a otra gente. Nos mandaron a otro hostel y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora a que nos registraran. Al día siguientes nos volvieron a mover de hostel. La limpieza no era la adecuada. Muy mal servicio para el precio de la habitación.

Super fijne locatie. Je moet alleen elke avond in het donker de trap op lopen. En er werd gerookt in de wc, wat voor een enorm vervelende geur zorgde wat ook wel eens in je kamer kwam.
