The worst was a constant smell of sewage coming up from bathroom and sink. The last day the smell got so bad i felt nauseous, there were even flies that i guess came up from the sewage. "This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up.
At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning.
The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than...

"The property was nice, it was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and kind helpful staff members. The laundry was great with no charges, they had a small gym and a nice outdoor area. The hotel itself was very far from anything so I needed to didi to most places, there was a small supermarket about a 10 min walk away but there was nothing else nearby even restaurants so that was really inconvenient. I dont think I would return only because of the location but...

"The hotel is close to the MRT station, so getting around was very convenient. We arrived a little early, and the front desk kindly checked and let us check in right away. We really appreciated this, especially since we were traveling with elderly family members."
