People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "

Not many staff speak even a little English so need to use Mandarin or a translator App. Beautifully clean rooms and linen and towels. BYO tea bags and buy milk at the lical store if you like a good cup of English Breakfast in the mornings."
