friendly front desk receptionist. Hotel offered discounted boat rides. Great breakfast - buffet style include Chinese and western food. Elevator to rooms, need to walk down a few steps to the elevator. Hotel is close to harbor but at the bottom of hill, so when leaving to go take buses you will need to drag your luggage up hill for about 25 meter (or 25 yards). restaurants right across from hotels. Bathtub is like a water storage tub, so need to climb over a wall of about 2.5 feet tall. The tub has accumulated mineral from water.

Excellent location overlooking pier and lake. Also a short walk from the bus stop. Comfortable room. Huge, soft bed. Friendly staff.

Good location
Wonderful location, food and stores are readily available outside the hotel. The partial lake view was really small so we didn't make any use of that. Recommended when on promotion.

The hotel was located in a very prime area in the Sun Moon Lake, making jt accessible to the other piers and to the bus terminal. We had alot of heavy luggages and we took the buses, so the location was really good for us. The rooms are a little worn, but overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in November 2015. The hotel is located right on the lake and the view from our balcony was great. The room was quite clean, and the wifi coverage in the room was good. It’s not easy to communicate with staff in English. We were also disappointed with the level of service: when we called for directions on the way to the hotel (we were driving) reception staff were not very helpful. We had to make repeated calls until finally locating the hotel. Parking is only available at a public car park a few minutes’ walk away, we had to offload the luggage at the hotel doorstep and continue to park our vehicle. Breakfast was not the best I had in Taiwan hotels. While loading the plate one of the staff members made a comment to my friend along the lines of “this breakfast is for eating here only, not takeaway”, not something you’d expect to hear from hotel staff. The area is very quiet at night, although it might become livelier in summer. Most restaurants are closed by 8pm. The restaurant in the hotel stays open until 9. There is a laundry across the road, self-serve washer and drier.

The location and price was good, but the cleanliness of the room was gross. We left some food in a plastic bag for a few hours at the room and returned to find baby cockroaches- they did not perform room service until we asked the reception to. The breakfast is not good, you're better off grabbing some street food. Just make sure you don't keep food in the room and ask them for room service if you're staying more than one night. Also there wasn't much night life, maybe it was because of the time we stayed- but there weren't many people at night, I would like to try a hotel that's on the other side of the lake next time.

位置不錯！加油！
位置很好方便度高，但所預定房型可能有新舊館安排上的差異，住到舊館環境整潔上有待加強。冷氣風口不對著鼻孔吹的話可能會更舒適，但可能受限在舊格局上的安排，也許調整不易。期待未來有機會住到更好的安排～
