This hotel was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. Staying there was an amazing experience that will not be forgotten. The view from the 25th floor was spectacular.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

The property was immaculate and the host were amazing!!
The breakfast was delicious, we couldn't have been happier staying at the Butler House. Looking forward to staying there again when we visit the area for more hiking, walking and exploring!

This hotel is within walking distance from the falls, but also just enough out of the crowd to let you have a peaceful stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and easy parking on site. We left our car in the lot and just walked all thru the trip.

This hotel is located at the prime location and it’s easily accessible to all attractions and lot of options for food and especially we don’t need a car to visit all surrounding areas within Niagara Falls state park

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

I loved the Art Deco building. The rooms were huge, wonderful high ceilings, and had a separate sitting area with its own tv, and a fireplace in the bedroom. Will definitely stay there again.

Our two-night stay was for a anniversary get-away during the off season.
Everyone was super nice, and check in was easy. The hotel was quiet, and our very clean.
I had requested a room with the view and mentioned our anniversary, and they went even further by giving us a room with a balcony, and had flower petals arranged on the bed. It was a great surprise!
The bed was comfortable, rooms were cleaned everyday, and parking was easy. Everything we could want is either in walking distance, or...
