Very Terrible experience. Kids screaming and adults cussing all hours of the night. Floors sunk in in bathroom. Room was very dusty. Smell like marinara bad at night. We cut our trip short with this hotel. Never again......

The room and hotel was dirty. Check in was with someone on a screen and not face to face. The temperature in the room was set on hold and not at a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was full of garbage and smelled like weed. Worst room we have ever experienced.

My room didn’t have toiletries available. There was no front desk available in the evening. Just a virtual person to assist with check in but no actual person to assist with anything. I had to spend an entire day without any basic toiletries. The breakfast they served wasn’t good. It tasted stale and it was unhygienic. The entire property seemed unkempt and not safe at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. It’s pathetic.

I am sorry to say I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. When asked to pay a security deposit I expect the room to be in good condition. There were several maintenance issues : 1) upon entering the room I found the 'door plate' was lying on the floor 2) the dead bolt was inoperable 3) the bathroom door did not close properly 4) the toilet is not properly affixed to the floor and ROCKED when you sat on it 5) there was a large area (@ 18"x18") of damage on the wall next to desk area I travel often and rarely encounter SO MANY maintenance issues in one room.

Checking in was via kiosk in the lobby with a remote person and had serious audio issues. After waiting for person ahead of me to get a new room, because the one they had had a window with a sizable gap, it was my turn to struggle to hear the remote agent. I was made to put down a credit card for a $100 security deposit for a room I’d already paid for! 3 floors & no elevator - not a huge deal. Room across from mine had a considerable amount of garbage outside the door, which may have caused the off odor in my room. My room was a hot 78 degrees but at least the temperature controls worked so I could remedy that. There was a phone, but it didn’t work. The worst was I could hear conversations (and worse) until after 1AM. When I, or people next door, used the sink water could be clearly heard dripping behind the wall. I barely slept. I didn’t even attempt the breakfast in the morning, based on my impression of the lobby/ dining area from the night before. I gave 3 stars because the room itself was okay.

Check-in was all via video, which was difficult to understand person checking me in, she said she would get back to me and hung up and I stood there waiting wondering what was going on. When I finally got checked in and one up to my non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke

Once we were in our room we slept fine. The problem was the check in. They have a kiosk where to talk to someone remotely. First, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the person to hop on. Then I'm having to shout out my name so they can hear me while there are three other families in the small lobby waiting behind me. I also didn't love that I had to scan my license into the machine. They don't scan your license when someone is behind the desk. By morning, someone was at the desk and the breakfast was good. Waffles, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, the normal cereal and danishes. Coffee was fine.
