Stayed in one of their new Luxury Rooms. Best room I've ever stayed in. View of Nubble Point Lighthouse is incredible. Staff was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about it. Just amazing!

Outstanding Stay
This was one of the best places I have stayed at in the York area. Clean rooms with all the things you need including a full set of kitchen utensils etc. Amazing views and excellent/responsive service! A++

The area was beautiful The view of Nubble Lighthouse from our suite was unexpected but not seen any where else. Very quiet and the suite had everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace on the cool days. Can't wait to go back

This place was simply perfect, far better than a typical hotel or Air BnB. The space was nicer than my own apartment with 2 floors of living space where every room had a bathroom and every window had a view. As a writer, it was nice to finally stay somewhere with comfortable furniture! We were there in March so it was really cold but the fireplace made up for that. I would stay there every weekend if I could

Beautiful view!
I don’t think there could be a better view of the nubble than the one we had from our room. It was such an amazing view! The suite was clean, had everything we could ever need, and very cozy for a winter ocean trip. We were appreciative of the food recommendations and being walking distance to the lighthouse was a huge plus for us! The only thing I would’ve liked to know was how very firm the bed was going to be. We didn’t sleep well because it was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, and our upstairs neighbors were pretty active. We know for next time to pick an upstairs room.

We had completely contactless registration and a concierge that was available in real time to answer any questions we had. The view was spectacular and we never felt bothered by anyone. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone and plan on returning soon.

Great room with a great view!
Stayed here for the night as my boyfriend has always wanted to see nubble with its Christmas lights at sunrise, but we live a few hours away. For his birthday, I chose this hotel and I’m so glad I did! The bed was a little harder than were used to, but we hardly noticed and slept great. The staff, though we didn’t meet them in person, we’re so friendly and comical. I wish I’d booked this room for more than one night, we’ll definitely be back!

Wow what a wonderful experience! The view from our balcony was amazing! We had the middle townhouse the two bedroom two bath and it was wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean and the office staff communicated very well through text message. Anything we need it we texted them and they had it for us contact list within a few minutes. It is such a beautiful beautiful view and grounds of the hotel! Highly recommend!

The view is what makes this place amazing. There are multiple areas outside to spend time eating, relaxing, and enjoying the view. I loved having the extra space inside the suite to spend time as well. The biggest drawback for me was the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Extremely hard like you’re sleeping on the floor. For a boutique hotel it definitely felt like they cheapened out on the beds. After the first night there I asked if they had a mattress topper, which they did, but it didn’t help much. I didn’t see the staff, but they were available via text and responded instantly.

The room was spacious with an amazing view on beautiful grounds. We relaxed on the porch while watching the waves and lighthouse. We had some very loud neighbors in the room above us, and the sound can be heard through the ceiling. Limited services at the hotel but there is a restaurant and ice cream place a short walk away. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!

This place was amazing and exceptional. So much room and very well stocked with basics. Room was very modern and beautifully decorated. Our room was more like a condo, would be great with 2 couples or an entire family. Furniture was very comfortable and the view was absolutely breath taking! We had pizza delivered one evening and just sat and watched the full moon over the Nubble Light House. Ah, relaxation at its best! Staff was very friendly and exceptionally accomodating. For those that are handicapped, ask about the shower. Our 2 showers were very tall bath tubs to step into, modern and beautiful but could be bit difficult for older folks. However, it won't prevent us from staying here again. Highly recommend this resort!
