Dear Guest, first thank you for staying with us and second I was more then happy to lift the 2 night minimum at your request so that your dog and family could spend a day at the beach. We were so sorry to hear Your 1 night stay in our pet room was not to your standard. The refrigerator has a dial from 0 to 9 9/ being the highest I could Have adjusted the dial for you if you had asked and the dehumidifier That is in the room could of also been shut down for the evening no request would have been needed for that. As for our Deluxe A/C efficiency pet room we are sorry for the beds they are slotted for a change very soon!!The other amenities including the rug is 1 year old and the new flooring that spans the entrance to the kitchenette and also in the bathroom was added at the same time The 42 in flat screen Television and over 200 channels on the Direct TV system I hope you enjoyed. and most of all i hope that your dog was happy and comfortable in our pet room and with you at the beach. sincerely, Adele office manager

Dear Guests , We are sorry that the cabinet (storage unit) lacked doors we hope you found it orderly and clean as we check this area upon arrivals and it was according to the office as it should of been for your stay. As for the air conditioner it was brought attention to the that You preferred it remain on throughout your stay to maintain an colder temperature. The unusual constant use of the air conditioner may of been the reason for the popping sound you experienced. I will be checking the unit to make sure it it running correctly for the next guest . Dear guest ,I am sorry your stay was not as expected during your stay The office was open up to midnight to help correct any problems you may of experienced such as noise from other rooms. .House keeping was refused at the door daily, The housekeeping was at your disposable every day to come in and make beds, vacuum, clean bathrooms, take trash daily and change out towels. Basically to refresh so your return everyday to your room would be pleasant, as for the dampness you felt in the room it may of been that you could of had the air conditioner on the entire time of your stay 3 days ,drawing inside air(Humidity) inside and this could of very well been the reason your room may not have had a moment to equalize itself .
