One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "The facilities and services are great. Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm. Staffs are very polite and fluent in English. Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much. "
