近鉄が近くて便利なのですが夜遅くまで電車の音がうるさいです。場所も繁華街で宿泊日が連休だったのもあるのでしょうが深夜まで外で騒いでいる若者がいました。早朝４時ころからまた若者が騒いでいて９階フロアでしたが聞こえました。バイクの音もうるさいです　治安が良いとは思えません。買い物や食事には便利です
