"Great stay, especially love the service level of the hotel staff. Room was big and clean, though design is abit dated. Toilet was spacious and love the layout, with the walk-in dressing space next to it. "

Center of chengdu.

"The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall. However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it. "

Fantastic

"I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!"
