"The hotel Layla Gocek, is a hidden jem, it is a little bit of paradise on the outskirts of Gocek. It is a family run establishment and you feel like part of that family. The outside gym was great as were the 2 lagoon pools, the swim up pool bar was an added bonus. The whole establishment was being continually cleaned. You could have been in Thailand or Bali, everyone was amazing. We will definitely be going back and my advice is.... Try it yourself. "

"The room was not clean at all, with a bad smell and high humidity. There was hair in the bathroom and jacuzzi, and it seemed like the rooms were never properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying there. The breakfast was also poor, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I would like to request a refund for my stay. "

The personal was very helpful and the young lady at the reception spoke perfect English. Defiantly would go back to the same hotel.
