「Hotelli on perustasoa. Vastaanottovirkailija joka otti meidät vastaan oli epäystävällinen ja antoi väärää tietoa ja info oli vaillinaista. Koska lähtömme oli aikaisin niin pyysimme aamupalan Take awayna. Hän lupasi että se onnistuu ennenkuin virallinen aamupala alkaa ( klo 9) onneksi kysyimme toiselta työntekijältä illalla. Hän oli ystävällinen ja teki kaikkensa, että saimme eväsleivät aamulla. Kiitos hänelle hyvästä palvelusta. Toivoisin pientä karttaa tai kunnon infoa miten mennä ulkoaltaille....

「A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan. I believe that the breakfast can be better. Many thanks. 」

「The place was beautiful and quiet, it was a bit up on the hill, and taxis had issues to get there, so I had to go down to them. The room was spacious, clean and with all needed things in it. The only thing I did not like this much, was the policy of not having guests, my friend had to stay outside of the area in the night when I wanted only to check in and go out again. Though it is not the worker's fault as it is the policy of the property. Generally I recommend」

「One of the best property I have ever been with water park inside the hotel look like you’re in the aquarium. Great breakfast great location. Definitely will visit again and will recommend to people who especially have kids. 🇦🇲🇦🇲」

「The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.」

「Room was smaller then on pictures Kitchen utensils broken or dirty Elevator doesn’t work properly Front desk lady was friendly. 」

「Une chambre sans fenêtre avec un plafond à 1m90. Plutôt oppressant. Heureusement que je ne fais pas 1m90... Le petit déjeuner est plus que minimaliste et il y a 5 tables de 2 personnes pour 11 chambres, donc c'est la guerre. 」
