Great pre-stay communications to arrange our airport transfer. Everything was easy and smooth with all the staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good selection and freshly cooked. Felt very safe in the locality too. Could not really have expected any more and would definitely recommend.

Everything about Kantar was incredible! We initially were booked with a terrible hotel in a bad location through our tour agency and then thankfully we found Kantar. Seriously from the people, the space, cleanliness, the breakfast, the location, everything was perfect. Affordable and you get your money's worth for how good it is. Don't consider booking anywhere else!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kantar Hotel in Yerevan. The property was immaculate and well-maintained. All essential amenities were available, and an elevator, security personnel at the entrance, and surveillance cameras made us feel very safe. The hotel is located in a quiet, walkable area—just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and served in a cosy kitchen space. There's also a dedicated workspace, and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. The bathroom was spotless and included a bidet, which we appreciated. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout until 7 PM and even helped us book a taxi to our next destination. I would recommend the Kantar Hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. If I return, I would choose to stay here again without hesitation!

A gem of a find in Yerevan!

What a gem of a find! This property is secure, clean, comfortable; with excellent staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed! We took a chance on it being a "Hostel", but there's a hotel part as well! We were pleasantly surprised, impressed and excited all at once! It was modern, a studio with kitchen facilities, bathrobes, slippers and every amenity one needs for a comfortable stay! Our previous hotel was nice, more expensive with no robes and slippers! It's a place I would highly recommend, and would go back to in a heartbeat! The location is wonderful; near to Republic Square, supermarket, shops and a host of restaurants and bars! Surprisingly, with all that's around the property; it's very quiet and allowed us to sleep like babies! This was my first-time at a "Hostel", but if others are anything like this, I will definitely be using them more often!

Nice place

Nice place in a convenient location. Part hostel part hotel so there is a big kitchen you can use although sadly no laundry (you can pay for them to do it for you). Place was clean breakfast was good although very busy at times so hard to get a seat. Shower was decent. WiFi was pretty rubbish, speed test showed 2.54 but it kept cutting out. Only issue we had is that they offer tours but they aren’t really a tour. It is a private taxi to take you to whatever place, then you pay yourself to go in and they pick you up after. The driver had little English and no information about the places. It would have been fine if we knew what to expect but we had assumed ‘tour’ meant more than a taxi.

As the flights were arriving and departing at times in the middle of the night, it was important to have the use of the quiet common room. This proved really useful when leaving for the airport at midnight and arriving at 0800 in the morning. The staff were fantastic. The hotel is located on the top floors of residential property. The room is not big I paid for breakfast but was supposed to leave before breakfast hours and got " lunch box" instead. But that lunch includes 2 pieces of bread and 2 slices of chess and salami It is not a real breakfast Overal the hotel has perfect location and good enough for budget stays

The Kantar hotel is the top 4 floors (floors 7-10) sitting above a hostel (floors 1-6). The elevator is key-fobbed to restrict access between the different guest uses. Quiet, clean, but bare minimum facilities. Rooms, linens, bathrooms were clean. The kitchen/cafeteria offers a free breakfast which I thought was simple but good, and certainly better than the price point would suggest. Not the prettiest nor kid-friendly laneway/street frontage, but the location is less than a minute walk out to the main drag (Vazgen Sargsyan Street) and just a couple minutes more walk to the splendor of Republic Square. As this is soliy in Downtown Yerevan, “everything” is convenient: eating, shopping, site-seeing, banking, walking, Yandex, markets, etc. For the price I paid, Kantar hotel is one of the best values.
