「We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. 「The room was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place, the dining place was also great, they made some good breakfast. Everything looks new, the showers and bathrooms are great. Also, the beds are really comfortable. Overall, great price for the stay. Also, not too far from Antigua.」

「My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! The hospitality is top notch, as are the facilities. The room we had was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and hot shower. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't get to explore much of the city, but we took advantage of the on-site museums with the kids and had a great time. We also explored the hotel because it is just gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and volcano.」

「The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!」
