「This was my second consecutive year experiencing check-in delays at this hotel. On a positive note, the staff's attitude has improved significantly and was much more polite compared to last year. However, the room allocation system still lacks efficiency. During my recent stay, I arrived early and was advised to check back after 2:00 PM. Later, five of my colleagues arrived around 1:30 PM, and all of them were able to get their rooms immediately. Despite being right behind them in line, I was...

「Pros: 1. Great Location: Very convenient and easy to find. 2. Clean & Bright: The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable to stay in. 3. Helpful Staff: Friendly staff and very easy to get assistance whenever needed. 4. Great Facilities: All facilities were just right and completely met my needs. Area for Improvement: * The air conditioning wasn't cold enough; it would be perfect if it could be a bit cooler. Summary: Overall a wonderful stay, highly recommended!」

「It’s convinced. They clean the room every day. It’s clean and tidy. Staffs are very helpful. Highly recommended.」
