「The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. 「Breakfast was usual. Food is fresh. But nothing special. No omlette station. 」

「Rooms are really good but Not the stufs」

「It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late.」

「I have a package that will arrive after I check out. I told this hotel to keep it for me, three days later I can come back and get it. They refused, and asked me to book one room for it. Then I told them to send the package to another place when they received. I don't know whether they send or not, but I never received it. And they even didn't keep the tracking number, which is so unprofessional for such big brand hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」
