"We stayed at La Lua Resort for two nights. The room was well appointed with great views of the rice fields and mountains, and the staff were attentive. If you want to unplug and relax on site, it is a great choice. A few things to keep in mind: Location: It is 15+ km from Tam Coc, where most of the action and food options are. Bike rental services would not deliver to the hotel, so we had to take a Grab into town to rent bikes and eat. Value: As the most expensive stay of our 6-hotel trip, the breakfast and afternoon tea fell short of expectations for the price point. Great spot to unwind, but factor in the distance if you plan to explore Tam Coc."

"I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice atmosphere. It felt much more personal than staying at a typical hotel. I’d absolutely stay here again if I return to Ninh Binh and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you to the whole family for making my stay so memorable!"

"If you are looking for luxury in an unforgettable setting, this is absolutely the place for you. From the moment we arrived, every single detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff were simply incredible. We felt so well looked after throughout every experience and could not have asked for a more special stay. The food was exceptional, the surroundings are stunning, and the entire property has such a wonderful atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kim, who was incredibly warm and lovely. He shared so many fascinating details about the accommodation’s commitment to sustainability and renewable practices. We especially loved learning that even the restaurant tables were made from recycled old pallets. It is clear that so much thought and care has gone into every aspect of the property. We genuinely loved every second of our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere truly special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable!"

"We stayed four nights and loved every minute. Our room was gorgeous and the little patio looking out onto the river was perfect. It was so quiet!!! We were close to town but felt so far away by the peacefulness. The restaurant is great and offers good prices on their meals. Their coconut coffee was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet had a great selection and we loved the cats that hung around the restaurant and pool. They were very sweet and fun to watch play. Pool was great and spacious and they did offer us the opportunity to use kayaks along their river, but we didn’t get enough time to do so with our days trips planned. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be returning one day!"

"Jasmine was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room and bed were comfortable in a standard double bungalow and the air-conditioning and fan were very efficient. We enjoyed the pool too cool off and the food was good. Jasmine organised a local driver for us- Nhat, and he was excellent, very flexible with time dropping us and coming back to pick us up when we were ready. Very good value and a safe driver (not always easy to find in Vietnam)."
