We had an upgraded King room and it was amazing! Very large space with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a luxury property. The bathroom floors were heated which was a nice plus! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a nightclub in the hotel and if it’s a weekend, you will hear the music. We just played some white noise and it wasn’t too bad.

Perfect Location, easy to walk Downtown or Granville Island or to the trains. Room was clean, the gym had everything you would need. The Breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and I stay in a lot of hotels. The service was super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
