"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ave Maria. It is run by a beautiful family and they made sure that everything was fine when I checked in. They are very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the bus station and also close to restaurants and other attractions in the city. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Selçuk."
"This property was absolutely beautiful: from the rooms and decor, to the view and the pool. The staff was also extremely kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, truly!"
"Great location with great services. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable for what you would like to know while traveling in Turkey. We had a good stay."
"Fiyat performans olarak mükemmel değil sadece iyi sadece genç çalışanların çabalarından dolayı ( iyi) verdim onların çabası olmasa sadece idare eder "
"The property was a fully renovated historic house with authentic decor and modern amenities. The hostess Nina was charming and helpful. Full breakfast. Close to historic sites."
"Absolutely delightful stay - I wish I could’ve stayed longer! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

"A gem of a friendly, comfortable and clean guest house. Great breakfast and the family are lovely. Walking distance to some good restaurants and historic sights. "
"It was a lovely place but needs work doing
everything looked tired and old. The bathroom had a damp smell. On a more positive note Turkish Breakfast was fabulous. In fact too much food. We were only ones staying at house snd we arrived late due to travelling from place to place.Hosts were friendly and one of them spoke good english. "
"A fantastic Accomodation in Selçuk!
Wonderful hosts, beautiful rooms with comfortable bed, delicious breakfast included as well as delicious affordable meals at their nearby restaurant! Great advice to visit the area, quiet but near all attractions…we were sad to leave!!"

"Stayed for 6 days at this brand new resort. Nicely decorated and very clean room overlooking the Aegean; air conditioning worked great; housekeeping was spot on, thorough and asked numerous times/days if I needed anything; ate primarily at the restaurant in the lobby which was very good - in fact some of the best Turkish food I had in Kusadasi, bar none. The staff were friendly and eager to please but, sometimes, their lack of experience showed in small things (e.g., charging drinks/meals to your room even when you want to pay at the table). Nothing, I am sure, the staff and management will not fix with time. Hotel is walking distance to the town - about a 35-40 minute walk downhill. Coming back, which is uphill, is better left to a taxi. Overall, a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing experience. I would definitely come back. "
"We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast "
"Very nice hotel but needs renovation, The rooms are very old but overall we were very pleased with the staff and the food quality. Definitely a hotel to visit with family."

6/10 Okay
"I stayed for 6 nights. The first room I checked into was unsafe. The floor was uneven and I fell. The second room also had flooring that was beginning to lift and was well worn. The bed was like a brick but I was able to get a foam topper and this helped somewhat.
There are 3 lifts but it was rare that all 3 were in working order at the same time. This meant long waits.
The buffet area had lots of variety but the food was rarely more than luke warm. I asked for gluten free bread and was told they didn’t have any and would not be getting any in.
On the plus side there were never any issues getting a sun lounger and a foam topper.
The hotel is in a rural location. The local busses stop at the hotel entrance and are cheap. A one way taxi into Kusadasi was about 20 euro. "
