Super staff who were very welcoming and gave boutique hotel service. Clean and comfortable room whilst not large it was adequate size for city accomodation. Very powerful and nice shower.
Breakfast was excellent with perfect poached eggs
The lounge bar had a quirky but very nice set of cocktails that we enjoyed. Again the staff here in the bar offered great and friendly service.
Gym was clean and had a good mix of equipment

The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms. Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors.
