Tout d'abord les horaires de réception sont limités (18h - 19h30) Pas très commode quand on voyage... si vous arrivez après il faut téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne vous ouvrir et cela vous coûtera 10€ de plus ce qui n'est pas signalé sur le site Expédia. Arrivant dans le bon créneau on a trouvé le portail fermé ! il a fallu attendre que le propriétaire vienne ouvrir.
Installation dans la chambre où il est fait allusion au confort du lit de 2 m. Bonne literie. Endroit calme. Mais à part cela grande déception. La propreté laisse à désirer.Des épingles à cheveux et de la poussière sur le sol, des mouches mortes sur le rebord des fenêtres, vieille TV sans télécommande, armoire impossible à ouvrir, toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bain, pas de support pour accrocher la douche dans la baignoire, pas de produits de toilette, balayette WC usagée et sale, prise de courant au-dessus du lavabo limite pour la sécurité et peu accessible pour personnes de petite taille, tissus ou papier entourant les fils des lampes au plafond....
et le tout pour 80€ par nuitée !!!

Fantastisk gammelt slot med al de charme det skal ha’. Vi blev modtaget i gården af den franske frue, som passer på slottet og gæsterne. Så hyggeligt og fint værelse, rent og hyggeligt. Alle værelser er forskellige. Skønt roligt sted med fred og ro, som man kun kan nyde 🙏😊 SÅ dejlig morgenmad og kaffe fra Madame og afgang med en kæmpe god oplevelse.

A place of character and difference run by a charming lady who made us feel very welcome and made the stay feel as if it was a visit to her home and one to remember. This was an older property which it made very interesting to stay at. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay there.

Gite a l'ancienne
L'accueil par la personne responsable est defectueux : pas de reponse a mes 2 appels telephoniques pour pouvoir entrer dans la chambre avant 18h. Nous allions a un mariage a cote et avons du trouver un autre lieu pour nous changer.
Heureusement un jeune couple nous a accueilli tres gentiment a 18h et s'est excuse alors qu'ils n'y etaient pour rien.
Il serait d'ailleurs judicieux que le proprietaire, absent ce week end, remplace la personne responsable trop agee et depassee par les evenements par ce jeune couple qui nous a fait le meilleur effet : efficace et accueillant..
Dommage aussi que le reglement ne puisse pas se faire par carte bleue.

Chateau worth a go!
A fantastic 14th century chateau set in the countryside, that is starting to show it's age. 6 traditionally decorated rooms with lovely views of the grounds.
The house keeper is a wonderful lady that does not speak a word of English, but still likes to chat.
Breakfast is well worth having. The bread is baked by the owner (we think). Orange juice is freshly squeezed, and the coffee is amazing.
The bed we stayed in was very comfortable and the room had an en-suite.
The only real negative is there is a bit of a smell in the air, but do not let that put you off.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel ! C'est Un propriétaire qui met son château à notre disposition, le prix est en accord avec la vétusté des lieux mais pleins de charmes... 2 nuits à se croire au temps des lumières... qui a certes, perdu son éclat ... mais en fermant les yeux.. je m’y suis vue 😙

The hotel owner was not sure about the room I booked and how many people would be arriving with me. After lots of unusual questions about me an my partner, he wanted to charge us extra for checking in three hours later the initial checking in time at 6pm. Then after paying, we were told there is no breakfast or catering facilities. The room was very nice although no curtains in the bathroom. Over all it is a nice room but spoiled by the weirdness and erratic behaviour of the hotel owner.
