"Large room very clean, nice peaceful surroundings. Fridge very handy. 2 single put-you-up beds in room for some reason in addition to the double bed. Never saw the owners. No breakfast as advertised on Hotels.com (& also on the sign on main road it's listed as a B&B) but plenty of places in Yarm ..."
