「Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big, clean, and came with a massage chair plus a great mountain view. Breakfast was mainly Chinese themed with limited options but totally fine. It’s not right in town, but getting a Didi (Uber equivalent) anywhere in Yangshuo is quick and easy. The place has lots of fun extras like kids’ play area, small animal corner, as well cat fishes and koi fishes, you can feed, and a rooftop pool that is specifically for photos. They offer a one-time complimentary...

「The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place.」

「We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was...

「Suoer lovely hotel, staff were amazing, would definitely stay here again!」

「The room was a good size for the price and was decently clean. Cleaning staff maintained the room and brought water everyday. The staff and owners were very kind, going above and beyond in order to make the trip memorable. They helped book many of my tickets and were even able to offer some discounts on certain tickets! No matter what you need if you ask them they will do all they can to accommodate and help you on your trip」

「Staff members very helpful and nice.」
