오래된 리조트에 스키시즌이 끝났다고 관리가 넘 안되어 불편했어요 근처에 식사할 곳도 없어서 더 힘들었네요 ㅠㅠ

야간스키까지 편히 타려면 숙소를 이용해도 좋겠지만, 층간 소음이 심해서 어린 애들이 비명을 지르며 이방저방 뛰어다니는 소리가 다 들려서 엄청 시끄럽고 신경이 쓰였습니다. 소파도 오래되어 낡아서 푹 꺼지고, 가죽도 다 벗겨져서 이불로 덮어놓았는데 앉기에 굉장히 불편했습니다. 직원들은 방을 바꾸어달라는 우리 요구에 친절하게 고객의 편의를 생각해주셔서 교체해주시고 감사했습니다.

청소 상태 별로이고, 수건에서 냄새 나고, 방에 들어가니 식탁위에 누군가 신고 벗은 양말이 한켤래 있길레 바로 버렸어요. 체크인때 느낀건데, 로비 데스크에 전화해서 컴플레인 할 가치를 못 느꼈거든요. 다시는 갈 일 없을 듯요

침구류는 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 하지만 전날 이용하신 분이 실내에서 고기를 많이 구워 드셨는지 숙박하는 내내 환기시키느라 문을 열어놔야 했어요. 그리고 가스레인지 옆에 기름때가 많이 묻어 있었고 싱크대 거름망에도 음식물 찌꺼기가 남아있었어요. 개인적으로 숙박할 때 실내에서는 토스트나 간편 식품을 쓰게 좋다고 생각하는데.. 리조트는 가족단위가 많고 고기를 많이 구워 드셔서 냄새가 역한 게 너무 불편한 것 같아요. 그리고 오래된 곳이라 소파나 거실테이블은 여기저기 튿어져 있는 곳이 많았습니다.

작년보다 객실 손님이 줄어서 그런지 좋은 방을 배정받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 작년에는 객실 내 싱크대로부터 올라오는 하수구 악취와 객실 내 무단으로 고기를 구워 먹은 사람이 있어서인지 그 냄새가 렌지후드로부터 풍겨와서 괴로왔는데 이번에는 그런 게 없어서 좋았습니다.스키하우스의 카페테리아가 없어진 대신 호텔 레스토랑에 한식 점심 부페를 하는데 제 개인적으로는 그게 훨씬 더 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 이용객 감소 때문인지 스키하우스 2층 음식점은 문 닫은 곳이 많은 것 같더군요. 한적한 부분이 좋았습니다.

너무너무 시끄러웠던 에덴벨리리조트

3명 가족여행으로 갔는데 밤새 너무너무 시끄러웠습니다. 저희 셋다 썰매타고 루지타고 피곤할법도 한데 한숨도 제대로 못잤습니다. 정원이 초과되는걸로 보이던데 확인도 안되고 관리도 잘 안되는것 같네요. 컴플레인을해도 원래 여기는 이렇다 이런식의 응답이었네요. 지금껏 호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 숙소 전부 만족스러운 숙박이여서 칭찬만 남기다 처음으로 불편한 글을 써보네요.

직원들의 응대는 친절하나 전체적으로 객실(특히 침구류)이 더럽습니다. 물론 성수기라서 그렇지많은 청소를 제대로 하거나 이불등을 교체하는지 의심스럽네요

관리상태나 청결상태가 여관도 이보다는 낫겠다...

일단 리조트라 그럴 수 있다고는 생각하지만 관리 상태가 엉망이었고 배정받은 룸이 제대로 청소가 안된 것도 문제지만 청소를 했는지 퇴실을 했는지 조차 프론트에서 인지를 못하는 상황이었습니다. 아우럴 다른 객실로 변경을 요청하여 재배정받은 객실의 청소상태도 수준이하였습니다. 전반적인 객실관리상태에 상당히 실망을 금지 못했습니다.

32평형 이용 후기

오랜만에 이용했는데 크게 변한 건 없었습니다^^.. 에덴벨리 스키장 이용했을때, 바로 옆이라 이동하비 않아도 되어서 좋았고 슬로프뷰가 선착순이라.. 별로 였네요.. 차라리 추가금을 받고 미리 예약받은 편이 좋았을텐데.. 화장실도 조금 더 쾌적하게 바뀌었으면 좋겠네요^^ 하루 놀다가기에는 부족함이 없었습니다^^

交通不便吃和玩收費贵

附近沒有別的食肆也沒有便利店，只有光顧酒店或滑塲，價格較貴。另外交通很不方便，較適合駕車前往。滑雪纜車收費也貴。

제가 제 주관적인 느낌은 6명 디럭스룸에서잤는데 좁은느낌은없었구요 스키장이바로앞이라서 너무좋았어요 다만 불편한점은 보일러를최대로해도 미지근한느낌이였고. 식기그릇등이 4개정도 모자라구 수저도모자랍니다 그리고 리조트라그런가 물가가쌔더라구요ㅎㅎ. 많이....부가시설이지만 같은건물에있어서 많이비쌉니다 제 개인적은후기는 절반 70점드리고싶네요!

After I made the reservation, I send a email to the hotel and want to ask for some detail but no one answer. So I send message to Hotel through Expedia still no one answer. I so confuse about it. The other problem is the room. The blanket in the room is dirty. There are some stain on it. Although someone come and chang it, the new one still have some stain on it. It let me feel uncomfortable. The only thing make me happy is Front office stuff are nice.
