Das Hostel ist gut. Neu, modern ausgestattet. Gute Sanitäranlagen. Eine Sache war etwas undurchsichtig: Bei der Buchung war ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte, in welches man noch ein Bett dazu buchen konnte. Als wir dann anreisten, gab es in dem Hostel nur 2 Schlafräume á 8 Betten. Und so haben wir dann einen drei Betten in einem 8-Betten-Schlafraum bekommen statt ein Zimmer mit drei Betten. Wer also ein Doppelzimmer oder Dreibettzimmer in diesem Hostel buchen möchte, wird vergeblich suchen.

I extended my stay in here two times. I'm a writer, not much to do is good to me. The town is dirty and pricy but the hostel really rules.

心も体もひとやすみできる宿

市内観光のバス停に歩いていける。宿はコンビニの横。周辺は朝晩露店がずらっと並び、夜は近くのバーベキューストリートが盛り上がる。街は喧騒としているが、部屋はとても静か。一人一人ベットにカーテンがつき、ドミトリー・沢山あるバスルーム・共同エリアもとても清潔。スタッフは親切で、ニコニコと旅の情報を教えてくれる。

Checkin 時員工有點冷漠，早餐也還好，就兩片土司和一個水煮蛋。 但設施不錯，床邊有自己的櫃子，整體來說是個暫時停留的好地方。

This hostel is nice!!

It's a nice hostel and cheap price and good location. Near Sule pagoda, can go there by walk, it's not far from hostel. Hostel located in the area of restaurant, food, fruit, grocery.

It was a comfortable stay with high speed internet, clean and cozy beds and environment, well-rounded facilities and (male staff from "dawei" is very kind and helpful)..locker can be locked by special technique; if not sure, ask the staff ( i thought it's spoiled but it is not).. u can request male or female room if don't want to be mixed..the transportation company arranged by Wayfarer's is good and trusted too..

I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it a lot. Would say this is as good as a dorm can get. Very nice and knowledgable staff. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Simple breakfast included.

매우 깨끗한 호텔입니다

양곤에 이정도로 신식 숙소가 또 있나 싶을 정도로 깨끗하고 좋습니다 화장실도 넓고 청결하고 침대 또한 넉넉합니다 에어컨도 매우 잘 가동되구요 다만 생긴지 얼마 안되서 그런가 공항 택시 기사가 숙소를 못 찾습니다 그리고 밤에 모기 많습니다 조금 고생 했지만 그거 빼고는 매우 만족했습니다

Happening Chinatown

Our stay at Wayfarer's Rest was nice. The dorm room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfy. In a very busy part of Chinatown. Not much sound proofing between rooms or floors. Found having no shared space disappointing, not much chance to meet other travelers.

Hostel itself was so nice and workers in there were super friendly and kind. One thing unsatisfactory is that i coulnd't use the clean water. And workers' English was not so bad but they sometimes couldn't explain basic information. However comparing the price in the general Myanmar price and the quality of the hostel, it was so good place.

Really great place!

This was my favorite place that we stayed at in Mandalay. The beds were comfortable, the aircon was perfect, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff were also the sweetest people, and they even drove an hour to the airport when I had left my passport behind!

Great new hostel in convenient location

Convenient downtown location which is walking distance to the main market (10-15 minutes) and surrounded by places to eat / drink / explore. Hostel itself is very modern (more or less brand new in fact), staff are friendly and mattresses are comfortable.

Nice modern backpackers.

Nice modern dorm. My dorm bed was spacious and had a locker/ private curtains/ free use of towel. One universal plug to charge device & one light. Nice simple free breakfast (coffee and toast with butter or jam). Helpful staff and good for mingling with our backpackers. I'd stay again.

We stayed 3 nights at Wayfarer's Rest. The Check in took to long and we got two separated dorms, but we were able to change to the same room. Staff lacks English skills and don't offer any additional service like tours or at least booking service. They don't even call a taxi. My locker was broken and not usable. The room door is always open. They put on fresh linen after a checkout... even at 5 am. Location is very good.

저렴하게 잘이용하고감

처음생겨서 그런지 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 저렴하게 이용했다. 저렴하게이용해서런지 마음비우고 이용했다. 아쉬운점은 시작한지 얼마인되서 그런지 약간 서툰감이 있는데 그래도 싸게 이용해서 기분좋다.
