"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "The comments of others about hot water and room heat are on the money. We found only luke warm water available after 10 pm to 5 am, and room heating was not included as we did not know to ask for it and pay for it, ahead of time. Breakfast was included, good and on time. This is a nice family owned hotel that is not part of the Tierra Viva chain in other Peruvian cities."
