I was in an accident and had to leave my car there for the insurance company to pick it up, and the front desk staff was so helpful and considerate. They kept the car keys for me and always let the next shift know. I called every day to see if the car had been removed, and apologized for each day it was still there. But everyone who answered the phone was kind and said not to worry; it was not an inconvenience. So I'm very glad I stayed there.
That said, not everyone would like to stay at this property. It was overall a bit run down; the breakfast was VERY limited; and very pricey (almost $150 in total). But for me, the excllent room and wonderful staff more than made up for it. "
