Excellent in every aspect but needs updating its great hotel and reasonable price There is a beautiful Mosque across from the hotel its too close to the hotel and when there is Athan especially at night and early am its very loud and disturbing and nothing Can be done about that otherwise will go back to the hotel on a heart beat

Ailecek gittik... Yeni tadilat olmuş her şey yeni gibiydi.. Temizlik çok iyiydğ .. Kahvaltı normal douruyurucu ve simit vardı ekstra.. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir yer... Yine Termale gitsem yine aynı otelde kalırım... Vehbi beye de teşekkürler ilgisinden dolayı

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu tatili için gittik.Odalarda termal su bulunma imkanı çok avantajlı.Odalar genel olarak temiz.Otel çoğu yönüyle fiyat performans olarak değerlendirilebilir.Tabak kahvaltı vs.olayı da iyiydi.Geliştirilebilir birkaç yönü olduğunu düşünüyorum. Odamızın bakımının yapıldığı gün kullandığımız havlular değiştirilerek yenileri konulabilirdi.Daha özenli bir görünüm olurdu.Saç havlusu,küçük bir koltuk vs.gibi küçük detaylar da eklenirse çok daha iyi bir konaklama olacağına eminim.Çünkü çift kişilik oda olarak ayarlanan bir odada tek bir koltuk olmasındansa çift koltuk düzeni daha iyi olabilir.Genel olarak personel ilgisinden memnun kaldık.Küçük detaylar harici güzel bir konaklamaydı.

otel çok temiz kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. hizmet kalitesi çok güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalarda seccade ve Kuran-ı kerim detayı beni ziyadesiyle memnun etti, kahvaltı açık büfe değil bence bu şekilde olması daha güzel, gayet doyurucu tabaklar, odalar sessiz, ayrıca banyolarda termal kaplıca suyu olması da önemli bir detay. bir sonraki konaklamamızda yine burası ilk tercihimiz olacak.

superbe accueil à l’hôtel, personnel, irréprochable. le lit était confortable et nous avons pleinement profité du balcon, qui offre une très belle vue sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel qui a un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Le personnel souriant est aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

We stayed there with our 2 kids. We were enchanted by the neighbourhood. Amazing people. Excellent service. Even if the hotel is a little dated its cleaner than the top hotels like Hilton that i went to. Honestly I prefer to stay here than any top hotels. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely come back. Kocaeli seyahatimizde bir gece konakladık. Odalarda termal su bulunuyor. Banyolarda küvet var, oldukça keyifli. Termal suyu kaliteli ve doğal. Odalar tertemiz. Balkon geniş. Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzel. Çalışanlar içten ve samimi. Sessiz sakin bir tesis. Bakanlık termal bölgesine ve Atatürk Köşküne yürüyüş mesafesinde. Özellikle Vehbi beye çok teşekkür ediyorum.
