This caused some mild delay with my check-in. The clerk was very apologetic and friendly, however. The second issue was more concerning. The bed, while very comfortable, was very low, almost as if there was no frame to hold the box and mattress (there was). This can be very probllematic for those with back and/or lower body difficulties. The"
