「It's very spacious. About 50m to 80m from main road make this place very private and quite. A coffee restaurant is only few steps walking distance away if you like to have a cup of coffee after dinner. Security is good because the gate will be locked after midnight. On the whole, I fully enjoyed the stay at Chowa and very very likely will come to this place for accommodation if I will visit Vietnam again. Cheer!」

「職員態度熱情，和藹可親， 酒店整體潔淨，位置略遜，但乘搭Grab非常方便及便宜，可通往旅遊點，酒店頂樓早餐雖然不是自助式， 但飲品食物選擇均非常豐富！居高臨下並在一般空曠環境下食早餐感覺非常舒適！我們亦因此選擇在酒店晚間進行了生日聚餐！ 如果你早一點通知酒店你生日他們便會安排生日音樂及職員會為你祝Ho生日快樂！非常開心愉快的一次行程！」

「乾淨，安靜，附近早上也能找到好吃的早餐。晚上會鎖門，而且還有保安。（你要進出會開給你） 唯一要注意的是10點後前台沒有人，如果晚check in可能要提前溝通。」

「If you have a short stay, this is in my opinion, not where to stay. For the cost, you might as well enjoy the hospitality of a nice hotel not the apartment.」

「toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. 」
