Amazing place by any standard. Great view, wonderful staff, very comfy and clean.

The is a very well design hotel. Its quality is beyond what one pay especially the layout making you feel very homey and comfortable. The included breakfast can take some improvement. The surrounding street walking is just not well maintained with lot of broken edge. So for senior and wheel chair access will be a challenge. Everything is good. Close to train station and have lots of choices of breakfast and dinner

Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

This hotel is amazing and I would love to stay here again. The view is beautiful, the design is awesome, and it's clean, peaceful, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was SO friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you for an excellent stay!

I loved this hotel - feels more like a home. Has a screened porch, lovely back yard, with koi pond and stone table/stools. Also has a water bottle filling station in the kitchen - hot or cold. Rooms are airy, clean, well-lit. Highly recommend this hotel in Hualien - would definitely stay there again! The only downside (truly the only) - no elevator.

We didnt have a car so May, the owner kindly enough took us to trails a couple of times herself and also dropped...
