「Beautiful hotel, in a quiet residential area. Not many options nearby for eating out, but there is a small supermaket within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, breakfast excellent. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel on the pricier side, but food was excellent. Ample street parking nearby. Recommended. 」

「The standard room I booked was great. It was spacious, clean and quiet. I arrived during Storm Harry, so it was a lovely retreat when I couldn't leave the hotel. The birthday package came with fizz and was bright and colourful (I would change the dessert as it wasn't very nice). I liked the spa facilities despite missing out on the outdoor pools due to the weather (January for you, so this was expected!) and only wish the 'adults only' policy for the indoor pool was upheld. 3 days in, the room...

「Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. 」
