「Malta is an exotic place for me.
The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes.
But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place.
The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「Just stayed for one night as our flight had a very late arrival. The hotel was beyond our expectations in every respect. A small but very well run establishment. Rooms well equipped, very clean and shower was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.」

「The room has no air conditioning, and the temperature is quite uncomfortable. According to the front desk, they are not authorized to turn it on. How is one supposed to sleep when it is so hot in the room? This shows very poor judgment on the part of the hotel management.」

「Loved it!!! Charming, darling boutique hotel. Elevator. Incredible views from the rooftop lounge. Loved my room. The staff is terrific. Would definitely stay again. Photo is of the view from the lounge. My room also had a little balcony with an amazing view. 」
