"As this is the first review of the property we will try and be constructive. The apartment was very clean and everything was new. However the property differed greatly from our expectations. "Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "
