Rolovi Xalapa Hotel
This property was just OK, location very good near downtown. They are currently remodeling, so assuming things will improve but there are lots of things that need improvement: no lamps, hand towels and wash cloths were only provided occasionally, no coffee, breakfast options. Hoping it improves.
