My stay was not at all what I expected, especially coming from a hotel with Marriott's backing. The rooms smelled musty, and every time they went to "clean" the room, the housekeeping staff turned off the air conditioning, which only made the musty smell stronger. There were never any towels in the room after cleaning. I had to wait more than eight hours for them to be washed and put back in the room. If I needed towels, I had to wait for them to be washed and dried. On the day of check-in (four days prior), I tried to make a change to my reservation, but because I was an Expedia customer, they wouldn't help me. The noise late at night was terrible, and no matter how much we asked them to do something about it, they never helped. It was impossible to sleep. Overall, my stay left much to be desired. I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have towels available during the day or even extra blankets for guests. There is no telephone in the rooms and every time I needed something (towels for example) I had to go down to reception to ask for it.
