"The walls need to be painted, they are smudged and showing wear. The caulking around the toilet and tub need a lot of attention. And, the mattress is in need of replacement. The location for the motel is great for getting around town easily. Staff was helpful and happy."

"The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks"

"I dont no because I booked through Expedia and when I got to Best Western I had no booking there I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and got charged extra to get sent to a different Motel the gentleman who was on staff that night was awesome that's all I can say about Best Western then I got a lot to say about Expedia if you want to hear you're more than welcome to call 360-721-3115"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog."
