Great value and location

Location wise, it was perfect, overlooking the main square in the old town (and next to a microbrewery). For the price, I really couldn't complain. All amenities and very comfortable.

The property was not where it was advertised to be. Instead of the very center of the town it was located 12-15 mins north, across the river, which would have totally not make it into my search filters as I wanted to be within the old town and it was not. The communication with the company was not good as they told me that this is not their problem and that I should check what Expedia says - not helpful at all! Expedia confirmed on phone that the property has given wrong info. The property told me that they don’t have access on Expedia’s system ti check it…… Otherwise the property is the one appearing on the photos and I can say that it was in a good condition.

Hotels.com doit réagir, apparemment pas aux normes

Bonjour, cet avis ne sera probablement pas posté mais avec un peu de chance j'aurais une réponse d'hôtels.com. A savoir lors de mon séjour avec mon frère dans cet appartement, le deuxième jour on s'est fait cambrioler. On a perdu de l'argent (+/-300€), nos cartes bancaires, nos sac, un parfum, de lunettes de soleil, un whisky, nos portefeuille et d'autres objets. J'avais une visite chez le médecin et mon frère est sorti 10min pour aller chercher une boisson, c'est pendant ce temps que quelqu'un s'est introduit dans l'appartement qui était fermé par une simple clé (un brin plus grande que la clé d'une boite aux lettres). L'action a durée à peine quelques minutes et il s'agit probablement d'un occupant de la maison. Résultat, on a passé la journée entre la police pour la déclaration, et au téléphone avec la gentille dame du bureau. Nous avons également été transféré dans un autre appartement pour la dernière nuit, car la société RentPlanet voulais inspecter leur appartement pour voir si ils n'ont pas eu de dégâts. On a été déçu de ce appartement, on avait plus la vue sur la grande place (rynek). Les jours qui ont suivi, je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle de rentplanet, a croire qu'ils ne sont pas au courant que leur appartement a été visité par de voleurs. Après plusieurs jours sans nouvelles, j'ai envoyé un courrier recommandé à la société à Varsovie, j'attends de leur nouvelles. Sans suites de leur part, l'affaire ira au tribunal, d'après les conseils de mon avocat.

There are more convenient options for same price

Information send after booking was in polish so we missed that keys have to be picked up about 15 minutes walk from where our room was located. Not really so practical if you want to leave your luggage until you can check in or after check out. Overall clean but some corners have been missed in the bathroom as well as a pretty dirty remote control (no batteries in it so didn’t matter in the end). No shower gel and only little toilet paper so we had to buy it ourselves. Extremely unfriendly security guard that was screaming at us when we wanted to open the front door. Costs for cleaning (around 20/25€) come on top of the price that is shown in the app. Location was great but there are for sure better and more convenient options for travelers that stay over only a weekend.

Apartament Rynek III (Rynek 2) Najpierw plusy: Ładny apartament, przy samym rynku. odbiór kluczy przebiegł bez problemu. Minusy: "apartament dwupokojowy" trzeba zaznaczyć że jest to jeden, przedzielony częściowo pokój. Nie ma drzwi pomiędzy nimi, więc trudno tu mówić o dwóch osobnych pomieszczeniach. Do tego jeśli dopłaca się 85 za sprzątanie apartamentu to ma się nadzieję że będzie naprawdę czysto, tu jednak trochę się zawiedliśmy. W lodówce opakowania z kawałkami boczku i innej wędliny po poprzednich gościach. Opakowanie po batonach pod szafką rtv. Piach na podłodze, brudna podłoga. Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience przez cały pobyt (tu prawdopodobnie wina nie leży po stronie RentPlanet). "Zestaw kosmetyków" opisanych na stronie RentPlanet w wyposażeniu i udogodnieniach to po prostu mydło do rąk.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Das Rathaus mit Ring gleich um die Ecke. Betten und Schlafsofa waren gut. Küche ist für 3 Personen oder mehr zu klein. Da wir aber nicht gekocht und im Zimmer gefrühstückt haben, ausreichend. Zwei kleine Badezimmer, waren ausreichend. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass der Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt war und wir nachreinigen mussten. Wir würden die Wohnung aber immer wieder buchen.

The originally booked price doubled at the property upon arrival!! So paid one night for the price of two and they sent me to an apartment that was not the pictured unit I had reserved! They should openly publish the total costs of the rooms including cleaning service but basically got the worst room for the best price in their favor. Building was not nice and neighbors were super loud until past 3am. Room was very clean and with plenty of natural light.

Appartamento in pieno centro

Appartamento situato proprio nella piazza principale, con vista sulla torre dell'orologio. La palazzina è una caratteristica casa polacca molto grande, l'interno scala era l'unica pecca, quinto piano senza ascensore su rumorose scale in legno. L'appartamento invece è molto nuovo e ben fornito di ogni confort per un soggiorno di pochi giorni.

85 slote extra fee for cleaning should be included to the price. The apartment had been renovated quite nicely but plastic floors gave cheap hotel impression. There was terrible smell because of badly executed plumbing work. Location was good, but the key had to be picked up far away from the apartment.

To be honest I think we must have been in a different apartment than the one advertised. It was dirty stunk of smoke. Booked for 6 people and only got bed covers for 5. The windows were that dirty they had writing on them. So glad we only stayed for 1 night. Chris. England.

Siamo stati molto bene! Sopratutto l'appartamento di Rynek2 è meraviglioso nuovissimo e confortevole. Il personale ci ha assistito con impegno in tutto, sopratutto per risolvere alcuni problemi di pulizia risocntrati. La posizione è ineguagliabile, ripaga i cinque piani a piedi che per la verità si possono fare bene.

Die Lage des Appartments inmitten der Stadt direkt am alten Markplatz ist einmalig. Perfekter Startpunkt für unsere Erkundungstouren durch die Stadt und am Abend, um direkt in das Nachtleben zu fallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bot alles, was unsere 4köpfige Reisegruppe benötigte. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Top Lage, super Service

Das Appartment ist geräumig, wurde sauber vorgefunden und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Marktplatz. Das macht den Aufstieg in den 5. Stock (kein Aufzug, Altbau) wieder gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Det manglet to dynetrekk ved ankomst, men siden temperaturen var så høy som den var (38 grader) så brukte vi ikke dyner. Det kunne med fordel vært et par vifter i leiligheten, sånn at man kunne ha fått litt bevegelse i luften. Med nærmere 40 grader i leiligheten, så ble det vanskelig å sove før langt utpå natten. Ellers var leiligheten kjempeflott. Godt utstyrt og nyoppusset. Greit for de som kommer etter å vite at leiligheten ligger i 5. etasje og at bygget ikke har heis. ;) Det er til og med strykejern og strykebrett der. God skapplass og gratis wifi. Oppholdet og leiligheten var helt flott.
