「I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room.」

「Air and heat worked great. Food was nearby, shopping wasn't too far.」

「No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.」
