「I was staying in town for work and the room I stayed in had loose tiles in the bathroom, the toilet was wobbly, the refrigerator made THE LOUDEST noise and I didn't see housekeeping 1 time so I had to ask the front for toiletries and fresh towels. Definitely will not stay here again. 」

「Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. 」

「Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...

「We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed 」
