The woman who checked me in was marvelous and extremely helpful in a charming way. The check in is at another property about a block away which could be communicated better. Some confusion since the instructions were only in German which I don’t read. However, the personality of the woman who helped me was exceptional and she even helped me find parking. Experience was great and the walkable sites around the property were amazing.

Das schöne Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Worms. Es gehört zu einem kleinen Hotel, welches sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Äußerst nette Inhaber und Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Unreservedly Recommended

The logistics of checking-in, getting to the hotel room (actually a serviced apartment) and parking the car in a multi-storey public car park was a bit complicated as the 3 locations were different though quite close, but Frau Grazia of the Hotel helped us sort it out by escorting us to the hotel and car park. The service apartment itself was super as everything including the crockery was brand new and super clean and comfortable. The apartment had a good view of the Trinity Church. Unreserved recommendation for anyone especially families planning to visit Worms.
