The room was a little dated and there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was tired and the sealing around the taps was black there was no cold water it was nearly as warm as the hot tap so not very nice for brushing your teeth

A quick stay - so can't give 5* to something I didn't experience properly - nice clean room in a quirky but clean hotel - bedding was fabulous. Only met 2 staff - in and out - totally fine.

A pleasantly quirky place, and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Rooms were fresh and spotlessly clean. No noise from inside the hotel, and little from outside. Bar was good value. The cooked breakfast wasn't great, and I didn't feel particularly good value, but the continental breakfast was very good value and very tasty and fresh. Would happily stay again!

I love this place. Perfect location near Worcester Cathedral, the canals, shops. Decent price and lovely staff. Will surely stay again. For those sensitive to sound, it is above a pub, so just be aware of that. Food served at pub and many great places nearby. Lovely walking.

A very characterful building with old world charm of uneven floors and quirky corridors. Excellent central location for sightseeing with multi story cathedral car park with reasonably priced overnight parking within couple of mins walk. We ate Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel which was very good but multiple options in area including a lovely cafe opposite on Friar Street

Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved roaming around the hotel's nooks and corners. It is an old and historic building and it met our expectation. We got a very good deal, mid week. Breakfast - enjoyed the content part, including blueberries and yoghurt. Cooked English breakfast was mediocre and wished I had stuck to continental. Will return to the pub and to stay in the hotel.

No parking on street outside orherwise you will get a ticket very early in the morning! There are nearby car parks Close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff very friendly and helpful Traditional english breakfast superb.

Organised a surprise birthday party in the Abbott room-staff were excellent from start to finish. Good prices, food and service. Stayed two nights in a spacious room which was quiet at night considering the room overlooked Friar St. Had a wonderful weekend and will be back.

Booked 4 nights in this place and checked out after 1! Firstly advertised as parking on site,there is no parking on site,when I mentioned this to staff that I’d booked due to it having parking they didn’t really seem that bothered. The rooms pictured must have been taken on the day of opening as they certainly don’t look like this anymore ,grubby and tired,do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else
