「I was immediately downgraded rooms to one without a courtyard view and told they had already booked them. I booked one too why was I the one downgraded? The WiFi was spotty and kept kicking me off, this is 2026 WiFi should be amazing anywhere. My room had a broken curtain and multiple dark hairs in the bathroom and shower. Gross. And I was told they would bring water to my room and they did, for $4 a bottle of I opened them. Meh.」

「I like the pool which is open till 10pm. Guests can still swim for late check in. There is no lotion only shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap is so hard to wash off so slippery just towel off. It might have so much moisturizer. There is a fly in the room. I like the beds and shower. The fridge is big, you can put enough food and drinks. Breakfast: there is cereal but no milk. Milk came when we are all done eating. Staff are nice .」
