"Hotel was as described. Spacious, clean and staff were helpful. Ample car parking. Location was very good for Poole with a lot of the town within 15 minutes walk including the harbour."

Staff was helpful in checking the hot water situation and we were told there’s a pipe burst situation causing the inconvenience. "

Housekeeping knocked on door early followed by maintenance which was not urgent and could have been done after checkout time. "
