Bathroom (toilet) had not been cleaned prior to our stay and was just covered (partially) with a towel to maybe hide the lack of cleaning ? Breakfast is in a tiny cramped room and is packaged food, cereal, and yogurt. It’s a place to sleep but not worth the 8-9 star reviews they supposedly. 」

「Desk clerk was rude! It says there is a possibility of a deposit upon arrival if you live within 60 miles of the hotel on here. It didn't say how much the deposit would be (it does now because they updated it later) or that they wanted $250 IN CASH even though it says they don't accept cash! We live 45 minutes away but were staying there for our son's surgery the next morning. They didn't explain the deposit or try to calmly explain anything. 「It was a good day overall. Withdraw out of state state there as we were coming through the room was clean. On the way home we stayed again and it was very obvious. The carpet had not been vacuum so it made you wonder about other things being wiped down. We have a toddler so it’s very important to us to make sure the carpet is clean. It would be nice to offer rooms that do not have carpet. Staff was friendly.」

「Great breakfast offering, check in staff were great and very friendly. Parking was easy, finding the room was easy. There were a few bugs in the room but that’s not a huge deal, bugs happen! The bathroom was clean. Room was clean and beds were comfy! Great room and price comparative to other local options. 」
