"Hi Team, I was very disappointed in room 13. The floor smelled like moldy wet carpet, the fittings were rusted and the walls were grubby.
I was disappointed because the week before I stayed in room 24 which was excellent"

"Lovely old style Australian Hotel/Pub in the middle of Kiama. Bedrooms were clean, shared bathrooms on second floor in case to need closer access. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in at the bar. Topped it off with a lovely fish and chips :)"
