I worked here upon this property opening in the early 80's. It looks as if it hasn't been upgraded since then. Flaking paint inside and out. Shabby carpet, just a verg tired property

Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The staff was upper friendly and helpful, the hotel was so pretty, loved everything it had to offer and how close it was to everything!

Large studio room with well-equipped kitchen. Clean and efficient hotel. Excellent location, between Trafalgar Square and the River. Free coffee machine for guests.
