"Front desk was helpful when checking in. After that front desk employee left front desk was rarely helpful. Asked for room service and never received it, but you can get some towels."

"Parking was great and location was easy to find. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to us upon arrival. We needed an accessible room. Although it was clean, the bed was very worn (sagging) and the odor from the bathroom was terrible. It smelled like the carpet was wet and the room smelled like there was mildew. We only stayed one night since we were leaving the area in the morning. If I stayed longer, I would have changed rooms. The breakfast was fine and...

"The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical"
