Very nice people. Good service and comfortable beds

This property is very clean, in a great location and appears brand new. I feel what really sets it apart is the exceptional, friendly and hard-working staff. From the front desk, to maintenance to the breakfast attendant, pride in their work is evident. This crew does an amazing job! Also, our room was spacious and nicely appointed. I really cannot endorse this property enough! 10 out of 10 I would return to this great property

Vey Clean area and parking lot well lite with available Parkin spots.

Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and my kids enjoyed that it was open until 11pm. The rooms were comfortable, there is not one thing that I would change or complain about. Perfect stay!

Came in at 10:00 at night the gentleman at the front desk who is a senior at SIUe was very nice and took an interest in my son who is going to school there in the fall.

It was fine just a one night stay.

All good, very nice and clean and quiet.

Great stay, Extremely kind staff, very welcoming, Room was clean and room service was excellent. Good breakfast and very fair price. Would come again

Easy to get to very clean only bad thing i can say is says there is a hot tub but there is not

The entry was inviting, the room comfortable and well-planned, and the staff was more like the family that you'd want to have. Simply the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, and wish the big chains learned from their business model!

Highly Recommended Hotel . Very Clean hotel , nice location , comfortable bed , nice delicious breakfast plenty of choices , very kind and friendly hotel staff Thanks for our great stay .

Very clean, staff is awesome and very friendly. We go to the Alton area 1 or 2 times a year and we always stay at this hotel.

when we arrived we realized the room we had booked wouldn't work as my mom needed help getting up from the toilet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, moved us to a handicapped room at the same rate and checked to be sure we were comfortable. The next morning as we were leaving to meet family for Thanksgiving we realized we needed ground coffee for the pot and the hotel graciously gave us a package of theirs to take with us. The rooms were clean, nicely detailed, everything was in good...

I’ve stayed several times at this property and it’s always clean and the people are always nice. Thank you.

We were very pleaswd with our visit!

Easy convenient to airport

In town for the NCAA Tournament with my son. Staff was friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was honesty the best hotel free breakfast I have had in 5 years if travel hockey. The parking garage is secured after dark to protect your cars and personal safety coming and going into the hotel. The area around the hotel is clean, well lit, and feels safe. It is downtown in a major city, so be smart. However there was no feeling of threats. Work out room was small, but clean with free weights,...

Loved everything about it.. In addition to free parking and free breakfast. I found out dinner is free with 2 free alcoholic drinks.. Where else do they do that.. This will be my pick moving forward!

The staff was very nice. The property was clean. I would definitely stay there again
